Solving new problems on a monthly basis to save ProStar reps hours of work each week
ProStar generate a huge number of leads for their inside sales team and outside partners in several different home improvement industries. ProStar needed a software solution to deliver different types of leads to the appropriate teams. They first tried custom solutions and several other Salesforce apps but were not able to find a solution that could effectively do the job. "Every time the team would go back to manually distributing leads because each previous solution fell short one way or another."

ProStar's unique business processes
To better understand ProStar's business model and how they use Salesforce we caught up with Shane Ray, Creative Director, and Matt Cobb, IT Specialist. As well as generating leads for their inside sales team, ProStar sell leads from certain geographies to external partners. Additionally, lead distribution to external partners has to be in line with contractual quotas set for each partner. As Shane explains "we needed to find a software solution that could help us with our complicated lead delivery needs".
