2023 Sustainability Scholarship Winners

In February 2023 we announced the winners of the SuperRoundRobin Sustainability Scholarship!

We at SuperRoundRobin care passionately about the environment and advancing sustainability causes. We run annual scholarship funding for undergraduate (bachelors) students anywhere in the world pursuing a degree course in one of the following areas relating to sustainability, environmental stewardship and ecosystem conservation:

  • Sustainability

  • Wildlife and Ecosystem Conservation

Winner of 2023 SuperRoundRobin Sustainability Scholarship

I'm Emily and I'm in my second year as a Physical Geography student at Lancaster University. I love learning about the physical processes driving our environment, and taking advantage of the opportunities to learn about ecology in the local area. I think that the environment is the most crucial topic to strive for greater education in, with our changing planet requiring eco-consciousness in any career or activity we do. I hope to play my part in forging a world where we lessen our corruption of the environment.

Winner of 2023 SuperRoundRobin Sustainability Scholarship

Inese Bulava is about to complete her first science degree in environmental science at the University of Latvia, focusing on climate engineering research. With two decades of experience in non-formal educational programming, she served as a project manager for several European NGOs to create more opportunities for underprivileged youth and provide training for their leaders. Inese is deeply committed to promoting STEM education, sustainability, resilience, and effective environmental policies, all grounded in quality research.
